Herman Breedt

Herman started his HR career in 1995 with ESCOM. After a few years in the Trade Union Industry where he served on the then National Manpower Commission (NMC), he was elected to serve on the Labour Market Chamber of NEDLAC. He was also one of the delegates attending the ILO in Geneva, Switzerland, when South Africa returned for the first time in 1993.

During the period he was also elected to the National Executive Committee of the Motoring Bargaining Council, serving on the Motor Industry Training Board and Motor Industry Pension and Provident Fund. He also served as a National Executive Committee member of FEDUSA Trade Union Federation. He was one of the first Commissioners to be appointed by the CCMA on a part-time basis where he was involved in conciliation, arbitration, meditation and facilitation of Industrial and Labour Disputes. In 2017 Herman was also elected to the position of President of the Johannesburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) 2017

Rozelle Gaie

DEPUTY CEO

Rozelle joined SA Labour Dynamics in November 2016. She personally undertakes the chairing of disciplinary hearings, CCMA and Bargaining Council disputes and general labour relations matters. Her knowledge in the realm of company policies and procedures also serves our clients to mitigate future industrial relations concerns. Her background in contractual law allows her to implement employments contracts which serves to manage the relationships between employee and employer.

Rozelle has a background in legal compliance and brings this experience to the field of labour law by assisting clients to ensure they are operating within the framework of the law. She is also a qualified Skills Development Facilitator and can assist with Skills Development initiatives and submissions.
