CCMA or Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration is an external forum that assists employers and employees to resolve workplace disputes through a process of conciliation and mediation or arbitration.
The alternative to the CCMA, that regulate certain industries, are bargaining councils such MEIBC – Metal and Engineering industry bargaining council or MIBCO – Motor Industry Bargaining Council
