The GDPEO was established in 1997 and is registered (LR2/6/3/311) in terms of the The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act no. 66 of 1995).

As a well established and respected employer’s organisation, we, as members, assist each other where necessary, through networking across the broad spectrum of business and employment.

Our members represent numerous sectors such as mining, construction, aviation, hospitality and tourism, clothing, transport, legal, manufacturing, finance, IT, professional services and domestic employers etc.

Being a member of the GDP enable us, SALD to represent you at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils, and Labour Court.
