For drafting of documentation, travel time and costs and attendance at premises of clients.
Includes notices to attend, issuing of warnings and findings.
CCMA and BARGAINING COUNCIL PROCESSES
Conciliation – R3800
Arbitration, half day -R5500
Arbitration, full day -R8000
Applications: R4400
All fees are inclusive of Consultation , preparation , filing and paginating , appearance.
