  5. All the consultants working for SALD has expert knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act as well as the Labour Relations Act. Most Human Resources Manager has some experience in same, but his/ her knowledge would not be seen as expert level, as they have more general knowledge. We also stay up to date with the latest changes to the different acts, so that we can advise our clients in the best possible way which is in line with best practice principles. HR Managers will not be as up to date, unless he/ she joins a professional council or does self-study on a consistent basis. All of the consultants have undergone extensive training and is seen as experts in their respective fields.
  6. We have a 48 hour turnaround time, which means that the issues that you do have, can be sorted out in the shortest time possible. This is often very hard to do if you only have a HR Manager, as his/ her time is very limited and his/ her diary is often very full with appointments which means that some matters only gets addressed within a week or possibly two (2), which causes time delays which often carries a financial implication. Due to their being more than one (1) person available, this type of time delay will never be an issue.
  7. National footprint means that we can service clients that have more than one (1) branch and several issues can be taken care of with the least amount of effort.
